Our AKC registered Chinese tiny imperial shih tzu puppies or top quality purebred health happy puppies with many generations of tiny lines bred to champion blood lines.We believe in socializing our puppies and they all have great disposition,
We reserve the right to first pick of any litter out of our breeding and any litter registered by us.
Our Pet companions are sold on a spay and neuter contract with limited AKC after proof of this from a Licensed Veterinarian.
Holy Shih-tzu prices on our pet companion puppies vary, depending on the quality, size, color and gender of each individual
We accept one-third of the purchase price on our puppies for a deposit down on the puppy of your choice. Postal money order, bank cashier checks are requested for deposits. Please send them by over night mail or certified mail.
This deposit must be received with in 5 business days. If a deposit has not be received in that time frame the puppy can be place back up for sale. Down Payments or deposits are non refundable. If for any reason there is a change of plans, your deposit is transferable to another litter.
We will hold the deposit for you until you are ready to make your choice of a special puppy for your home. You must choose your puppy with in a years time.
By sending your deposit for the purchase of our puppy, you agree to the terms and condition listed in our sales contract and warranty.
Because some people place deposits down,to be put on a waiting list for a specific litter to be born. We first have to satisfy all the people on the waiting list before the rest of the litter becomes available.
Holy Shih-Tzu reserve the right to cancel, refuse or revoke any sale, if we feel that the placing of our puppy, or dogs are not be in the best interest of the animal.
We reserve the right to terminate a sales contract if all conditions are not met.
Shipping
Buyer assumes all cost associated with shipping.
The Cost of air line shipping is 300. This includes the flight ticket for your pet, health certificate, some start up food, a small toy and approved crate.
Hand to hand shipping is available for 350. hand carried from my air port to yours by a personal helper to fly with your puppy in the cabin and hand the puppy to you. This is available upon request.
